How to use Tikoder
Tikoder works in your browser. There's nothing to install and no account to create.
1. Copy the link
- In the TikTok app: open the video, story or slideshow, tap Share, then Copy link.
- On a computer: open the post on tiktok.com and copy the address from the browser bar.
2. Paste and press Download
Open tikoder.com, tap Paste (or paste into the box yourself), then press Download.
3. Choose what to save
- Download HD: the best quality available, often the creator's original file. See TikTok HD.
- Download MP4: a smaller file that saves data.
- Download MP3: the sound only. See TikTok Video to MP3.
- Slideshows: save each photo or all of them as a ZIP. See Photo Slideshow.
Saving on iPhone
Use Safari. After you tap a download button, a download icon appears at the top of the screen. Open it, tap the file, then Share and Save Video (or Save Image) to put it in Photos.
Saving on Android
Downloads go to the Downloads folder and show up in your gallery app. If a video doesn't appear, open the Files app and look in Downloads.
Something not working?
- Make sure the post is public and still online.
- Stories can only be saved while they're live (usually 24 hours).
- Wait a minute and try again. If it still fails, contact us with the link.
